1. God sends DELUSION to believe Lie, unless you Love Truth & Repent
Does God desire all people be saved? Deceiving pastors preach a god who allows you to come to him at any time by last minute repentance. They twist the following 2 scriptures about God to preach this lie. 1 Timothy 2:4 which says, "…Who will have all men to be saved…" And 2 Peter 3:9 which says, "The Lord…is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish…" Pastors use these verses to portray God as a loving mother who will always runs after you and never cuts you off—they mislead you by calling this the goodness of God. But God’s goodness is NOT trying to save rebellious sinners from going to Hell. The true goodness of God is giving you a chance to turn away from sin. Romans 2:4 says, "Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?" Despising something is not giving it value or respect. If you despise God’s goodness of giving you the chance to repent, then God shuts the door on you.
We have a limited chance to obey the truth when it is revealed to us. Do not treat it as cheap or worthless. Love the truth by turning away from sin, otherwise God himself will blind you from knowing it, and your chance for repentance will be over. Scripture says God actively works to deceive unrepentant sinners to believe a lie so that they will be damned to Hell. 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 says, "…And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." If you do not love the truth and you take pleasure in unrighteousness, God is against you. He will not chase after you or wait with open loving arms to receive you. He will send strong delusions to deceive you such that your chance for repentance, salvation and Heaven is gone.
2. Salvation is saved from SIN (NOT saved from HELL while Sinning)
So, does God really desire all people be saved? The answer can be yes or no—it depends on how you define salvation. Christians think salvation is being saved from going to Hell, but this definition is not entirely correct. If salvation is just being saved from Hell, then God does NOT want all people to be saved. He created Hell, and He will condemn unrepentant sinners to Hell. God is all powerful and in charge, and He is the one who decided all souls should not and will not enter Heaven. So, what is the correct definition of salvation, with which God desires all souls be saved? According to the Bible, salvation is being saved from sin. Matthew 1:21 says, "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins." Sin causes spiritual death, and spiritually dead souls are cast in Hell. If we are saved from sin and obey God to live righteously, then we are rewarded with eternal life in Heaven. Romans 6:16 says, "Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?" Romans 6:22-23 says, "But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death…" True salvation is being made free from sin. And the reward for living righteous and holy in this world is eternity in Heaven.
If we are saved from sin, then we also are saved from the consequence of sin (which is Hell). Although God desires all people live free of sin, He will not force anyone to stop sinning. We see this even in the 2 verses pastors twist to preach a false god who tries to save all from Hell. 1 Timothy 2:4 says, "Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth." God wants all to be saved from sin’s bondage, but we must treasure truth such that we obey it to come to the knowledge of truth. 2 Peter 3:9 says, "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." God does not wish spiritual death on anyone, but we must come to repentance as it is the first step of salvation. The choice is ours—we choose to come to the knowledge of truth or not, we choose to come to repentance or not, we choose to do good or do evil. Although God desires all souls be saved from continuing in sin, He does not desire to save rebellious sinners from Hell fire.
3. God JUDGES in Righteousness, NOT in Love
Churchgoers know God is love but ignore that He is righteous. The problem with that is God judges in righteousness, NOT in love. Romans 2:5-9 says, "But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds: To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, …But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good." God’s love will NOT override His righteous standard on Judgement Day. He will judge every person according to their deeds. His wrath will be on those who disobeyed the truth to do evil, unrighteous works, and He casts them in Hell to be punished with unending torment. His peace will be on those who obeyed Him to do good works, and He takes them to Heaven to be rewarded with eternal glory and honor.
In Matthew 13:47-50 Jesus said, "…the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away. So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth." Please notice that, in the end for Heaven and Hell, God does NOT separate Christians from non-Christians, or churchgoers from non-churchgoers. God divides good souls from bad souls. He only gathers just souls to His heavenly kingdom, and He casts wicked souls to be tormented in the Lake of fire. Pastors who are servants of Satan preach a false god who hates the sin but loves the sinner. But Jesus preached the true God who desires all be saved from sin but will not save unrepentant sinners from Hell. Who will you believe? Love truth and repent of sin to follow the true living God of the Bible.
